How to Rent

How it works.
Renting with That-Dress could not be easier. Follow these simple steps:
- Browse the outfits, cocktail, black tie, before the season
- Select your date and size
- Select the number of days you wish to hire the dress
- Add the dress to the basket
- Select any accessories you may wish
- Pay via Sage Pay
Can you try on a dress?
You can try on a dress in advance of the dress hire if the dress is available. Please contact That-Dress at theteam@that-dress.net or 020 8123 6226 for advice.
When will the dress arrive?
The dress(es) will arrive before 1.00pm on the day you select, except in the case of a Sunday or public holiday when it will arrive the day before.
How many dresses can I rent in one go?
Currently you can rent up to two dresses at a time.
Returning the dress to That-Dress
Use the packaging and return label to That-Dress Ltd, PO BOX 59662, LONDON, SE22 2BN.
How do I know I will receive the dress on time?
We work with Parcel Force Next Day Delivery service with guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm.
What if I accidentally damage the dress?
We ask you to look after That-Dress as if you have borrowed it from your best friend. There is a mandatory £3.95 accidental damage waiver (ADW) charged to each dress which covers those little accidents that happen from time to time, a wine spill, or you loose some beads. I’d like some style or sizing advice, can I speak to someone?
Yes, please email or telephone us with any queries. If you prefer, you can email us your query and we can call you back at a more convenient time, such as after work between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.
What if the dress does not fit?
We try to provide you with as much sizing and fitting information as possible, and will answer any questions. However, sometimes an outfit may be a little tight here or there. Please notify us by email to theteam@that-dress.net within 2 hours of receiving the outfit and return it to the Post Office on the same day for next day delivery to That-Dress Ltd, PO BOX 59662, LONDON, SE22 2BN and when possible, we will rush you a larger size or alternative dress. If that is not available, we will refund the cost of the dress hire to your card.
What if my rental period ends on a Sunday or public holiday?
Please return the dress to us on the next working day using the provided return label and postage.
